Shipping policy

We currently ship NOVA n.22 Australia-wide.

Shipping Rate

We offer a simple $8 flat-rate shipping fee on Australian orders.

The applicable shipping charge will also be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to let you know.

Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia is generally estimated to take approximately 2–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you'll receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Details

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the delivery information. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its destination.
